WHAT IS INNOVERSITY ..... ?

The word innoversity (innovation + diversity) was framed by Innoversity Network founder Susanne Justesen in her working paper in 2001 and explains how diversity may be used to foster and spur creativity and innovation within groups, organisations and Communities of Practice.

Innoversity Network is a network for people interested in this relationship between innovation and diversity - and how to foster innovation by making use of diversity. The Network is non-profit and facilitated by Innoversity Consulting. It is therefore free to join, and we very much welcome you to do so!
