Susanne Justesen is the pioneer of 'INNOVERSITY', a unique model and concept for how to innovate with diversity - and a frequently used international speaker on the
need for diversity in innovation.
Justesen is a recognised expert in innovation management, and how diversity can make your innovation processes more innovative.
Susanne Justesen holds a Ph.d. in innovation management from Copenhagen Business School (2007) and an Msc in intercultural management (2001). She serves on the Innovation Award Jury of the Association of European Regions, and is a faculty member of the LAICS programme (Leadership and Innovation in Complex Systems).
Susanne Justesen is very dedicated to sharing her work and unique knowledge with an international audience, and regularly accepts invitations to chair and speak in highly profiled events across the world.
Through her company INNOVERSITY COPENHAGEN, Susanne Justesen offers a radically new and research-based approach to designing and facilitating innovation processes in organisations and companies - with a focus on how to leverage the knowledge diversity available within a team or organisation.
In 2000 Susanne founded INNOVERSITY NETWORK: an international network for people, companies and organisations interested in building skills and knowledge on how to innovate with diversity (and avoid homogeneity) in their organisations. The network currently holds app. 500 members from all over the world
Since 2005 Susanne Justesen has been in charge of the bi-annual conference INNOVATING WITH DIVERSITY in Copenhagen, Denmark. The conference attracts innovators and innovation enthusiasts from all over the world, and takes place for the third time on June 16-17th 2009.
