PROGRAM & SPEAKERS 2011

This is our third INNOVATING WITH DIVERSITY conference, and under the general theme: "Breaking away from homogeneity", which focuses on how to navigate between homogeneity and diversity in our organisations if we really want innovation. The conference is focused on showcasing PRACTICAL examples within each of the three conference themes:

THE DANGERS OF HOMOGENEITY (DAY ONE)
In this first part of the conference we focus on the liabilities of homogeneity, provide different examples of why homogeneity can be so dangerous, and more importantly, how to spot homogeneity when we meet or create it.

HOW TO BREAK AWAY FROM HOMOGENEITY (DAY ONE)
This part of the conference focuses on how to prevent homogeneity from happening, and what to do when it does happen. This second part of the conference describes different means for breaking away from homogeneity within your organization, within your business or industry, and within your local community / environment.

HOW TO INNOVATE WITH DIVERSITY (DAY TWO)
This last part of the conference (day II), presents different cases and examples of companies who have excelled in innovating with diversity, just as we will - on the second day - introduce practical tools and methods to be applied and used by conference participants in innovating with diversity in their own organizations, institutions and communities after the conference.
