This dissertation evolves from a study of innovation practice in six different innovation groups, and introduces a new approach to studying, analysing and working with group diversity in innovation practice. For ja, diversitet kan lede til innovation og nytænkning, dette kapitel fortæller hvorfor og diskuterer tillige forskellige måder og eksempler på hvordan diversitet kan have og har indflydelse på innovation.
