WHAT IS INNOVERSITY?
The word innoversity (innovation + diversity) was framed by
Susanne Justesen (Innoversity, LLC) in her working paper in 2001
and explains how diversity may be used to foster and spur
creativity and innovation within groups and organisations.
WHAT IS INNOVERSITY NETWORK?
Innoversity Network is a network for people interested in the
relationship between innovation and diversity - and how to
foster innovation by making use of diversity. In order to make
use of the resources available here at the Innoversity Network
Space you don't need to be a member, but if you wish to be
able to contact other members and see who they are, you will
need to sign up with the network!.
THE NETWORK MISSION
The humble vision of the Innoversity Network is to make organisations more innovative by establishing an
awareness of the enormous potentials of diversity in
organisations - and none the least to equip people and
organisations with the abilities to exploit this potential.
WHO DID ALREADY JOIN THE
NETWORK
Innoversity Network has over 200 members
from more than 21 different countries - and spanning no less
than four different Continents. Members represent a diversity
in and of themselves, what all however do have in common is a
