DIVERSITY IS NOT DANGEROUS, MERELY INSPIRING (IN DANISH)
April 2002 BizReport - This article by Susanne Justesen from Innoversity.dk exhibits a warning against similarity and closure in Danish Business life. Recruiting for executive boards, top management positions and employees alike seems to focus too much on similarity and too little on diversity. And we need a major shift in Denmark in this regard if we do not want to fall behind when it comes to innovation and new thinking. 'Cause if we all look alike - who do we expect to come up with new ideas??

LAUNCH OF NEW DANISH PORTAL: JOBSAMTALEN.DK (IN DANISH)
The portal which was launched on March 4 was the result of an almost one-year long project directed by Susanne Justesen, Innoversity.dk. The project focused on getting diversity into the workplace by focusing on the job interview as a door opener. The information presented at Jobsamtalen.dk is based on app. 30 interviews with both recruiters and applicants, who shared their experiences about barriers and pitfalls in the job interview and give their advide as to how these barriers can be minimised, thereby allowing for an increased diversity in Danish organisations.  At the launch reception, which was held togther with the jobportal: omarjob.nu on March 4 , almost 200 people showed, including two Danish Ministers. It was a happy and none the least important day to Innoversity.dk
