RECRUITING FOR INNOVERSITY
Research clearly demonstrates that organisations tend to recruit employees very similar to the ones they already have! But in times where innovation is more important than ever, recruiters should instead be looking for diversity, weirdness, misfits – people that will challenge the status quo and make the organisation more innovative! So why don’t they? And what should we do about it?

Most of us probably already know that mentoring plays an important role in most organisations when it comes to career development, retention and succesful management. But did you ever think about mentor-programmes as a means for sustaining innovation? 

 

INNOVERSITY IN BOARDROOMS
In a time where organisations are increasingly aware of the importance of corporate governance and the role of boards in determining the future of the organisation; I wish they would also take a closer look at diversity and innovation, i.e. innoversity.
