Susanne Justesen started Innoversity Network in
2000 when she initially took interest in the relationship between innovation and
diversity. Susanne is is the facilitator of the Network and the Network Space.
So if you have any comments or ideas, please make sure to let her
know.
Susanne
holds a Msc. in Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School, where
she is now persuing her ph.d, with a research project about the role of
homogenuity and diversity in organisational innovation (learn more under 'research').
Right now, Susanne is in California, at Stanford University, as a visiting
scholar, in order to finalize the analysis for her Ph.d. (to be handed in on
February 1st 2007).
Susanne thrives on diversity - and people who are
different in one way or another, and is enthusiastically
pursuing her vision of making more organizations embrace 'the weird, the
non-fitters and the noise-makers into their organisations' - thereby making away
with homogenuity and encouraging creativity in organizational innovation
practices.
In order to do so, Susanne has been
working with a range of different organisations, primarily in Denmark but also
in Europe and the US. Noteworthy among these are Procter & Gamble, Kraft Food,
LEGO, ARLA Foods, Novozymes, LEO Pharma, Danske Bank, TDC, Danish Broadcasting
Corporation, Jyske Bank and Pfizer.
