In a the rapidly developing online environment it can be hard to know what’s available and where to start. This session takes you through some of the many easily accessible, free digital tools on offer, and the potential benefits (and challenges) they could offer your business.
This topic covers:
- Doing business in the cloud
- Making access to your business more convenient for customers
- Automating records and bookkeeping
- An overview of the tools available through Google
- Online marketing using Canva, Eventbrite and MailChimp
This session is for business owners who are new to using online tools, or those who feel they are unaware of what’s out there.
This workshop is presented by the Small Business Development Corporation, a Western Australian Government agency that helps small business owners to start well, survive and thrive. We offer free resources, business advice and low cost workshops covering what you need to know to boost your chance of business success. Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person’s email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.

If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking by logging into your Eventbrite account. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
